Please fill out entry form completely. Download Liability Release. Payment and liability release are due within 10 days of entry.

Important: To avoid a $15 late charge, ride entry and fees must be received on or before May 30, 2026. Cancellations prior to 9:00 p.m., June 2, 2026 receive a refund minus $20. No show or late cancellations receive no refund.

50 Mile Entry

Standard $160. Juniors and active ride managers $90.

25 Mile Entry

Standard $150. Juniors and active ride managers $80.

AERC Day Fee

Required for above rides if not an AERC member: $15.

15 Mile Fun Ride

Standard $100. Juniors $75. No AERC fee.

Meals

Extra Friday Dinner Tickets ($20 each) Rider meals are included with entry. Only use Extra Meal Tickets for additional people.

Extra Saturday Banquet Tickets ($20 each) Rider meals are included with entry. Only use Extra Meal Tickets for additional people.

Number of Vegetarian Meals How many total meals should be vegetarian? Example: if 4 meals are needed and 2 should be vegetarian, we will plan for 2 regular and 2 vegetarian meals.
